SpeakOutBC was established by Jamin Feng and Allan Lee, two high school students at St. George’s School in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Also members of Saints’ Conference, a club at St. George's School focusing on debate and Model UN, Jamin and Allan are extremely passionate about debating and public speaking, As a result, they established SpeakOutBC in September 2015, which currently has over 40 members. Through their work, over 80 students have developed the confidence to express their thoughts in a clear and poised manner. In addition, they have touched the lives of more than 300 seniors through visits to various homes throughout the Lower Mainland.

To provide opportunities for youth to develop their debating, drama, public speaking, writing, and mathematic skills.
We aim to be different, to excel and be the best people we can be, without sacrificing our honour, our integrity, or our own beliefs.
- Provide free weekly classes for youth interested in developing their debating and public speaking skills, as well as opportunities to refine numeracy and literacy skills.
- Monthly visits to seniors' homes to perform songs, dance, poetry, and public speaking.
- Regular trips to China to teach youth in debating, public speaking, and drama in English.
- Host an annual benefit concert in which all proceeds are donated to local charities
